DIRECTIONS TO GET TO THE SPOT..
SUNDAY SESSION

DRIVING: you take 680 freeway north or south
get off at the sycamore valley rd exit

north you take sycamore valley rd and take
a right off the exit and then get over to
the left lane right way as you need to turn
into the park n ride lot.

south is a little trickier as you curve around as
you exit but you go straight instead of right and
it will curve you around and you go over the bridge
and get over way over to the left side to turn into the
park n ride parking lot.

the park n ride lot is right across from the danville inn,
denny's and shell station. the lot is right against the
680 freeway.

BART: you can take bart pretty close to the spot and you
can either take BART to the pleasonton/dublin or walnut creek
stations and either take 121 bus north or south to get
to the spot and it goes right to the parking lot and drops
you there..a 30 seconds ride from dropoff to riding at
the spot!!

DIRECTIONS TO THE CLOCKTOWER....
SATURDAY SESSIONS

BART- you take the embarcadero exit on the train
coming from pretty much every direction and then you
exit the station thru stairs or escalator and your come
up on market street....look east and your see at the
end or bottom of market st a big ass clocktower and
you cant miss it.. we ride at the middle island almost
right underneath the big ass clocktower. THEY ALLOW
BIKES ON EXCEPT RUSH HOURS...8-10:30AM AND
4-6;30PM MONDAY-FRIDAY..weekends they ALLOW
all day long..bart runs til 12 midnight every day.

DRIVING- take 3rd ave exit off hwy 101 and there
is parking at beale street and folsom usually and that is
where we all park. so as you exit your see folsom ave
and 3rd st and stay on 3rd st as the folsom puts you too
low and you would have to circle around to get to beale
st to park there. the 3rd street exit turns you onto 3rd st
and you go all the way to folsom and turn right and go
down to beale st and turn right again..parking is both
on the right and left side...if there is a giants game it may
be hard to find parking but we have not had much problems
everytime we parked there.

WEST--580 TO 80  and then take 3rd ave exit to park at
beale and folsom.

NORTH--TAKE 101-N TO 80 and get off at embarcadero
exit and go to folsom and go up folsom to bearl st and
turn left INTO BEALE ST...PARK

CAL-TRAN TRAINS.. supposely the cal-trains station between
howard and mission and ill find it out for sure but you just go
down either mission or howard and turn right on the
embarcardero blvd and head north and your see the big ass clocktower as your go right by it.THEY ALLOW BIKES ON.

the clocktower is right in downtown area on the piers
and is very easy to get to if you know where market
street is which is the biggest ave in san fransisco and main
street in downtown s.f.

there are many cheap ass hotels and motels in the downtown
area and some hostels a few blocks away from the clocktower
and i bet some of the local s.f. flat riders will give riders a ride to
danville for the sunday session too since we basically have two
sessions a week here in nor-cal that we all ride together.

WINTER TEMPS..S.F...HIGHS..50S AND 60S to low 70s
...LOWS..low 40S to low 50S

UNDERGROUNDS-san mateo underground..a 15 minute ride
on cal-tran train from downtown s.f....cost $3. we ride there
during the winter alot when it is raining and it is where
reali-tv 1 and 2 was filmed with pete brandt and eric emerson
along other videos was filmed. CHAD JOHNSTON'S REALI-TV.

back to reality
back to reality.....love that song.....lol
