| work your way up to 180 from a trackstand...from where i saw it. it was just less of a pain to add the fact your moving when ur just tring to get enough rotation out thing that helped me was to focus on leading with my head. when u jump and turn it try to get your eyes to look way as much past 90 as u can. but yea if u cant spin more than 45 id say focus on hopping...make sure ur hopping off the back wheel and not doing some flat hop kind of thing ![]() | |

do it off the curb parralel, otherwise i gauruntee you will case front. try them out of handicap ramps on sidewalks. | |
