| Depends on what kind of riding it will be used for. Street, park, flat, trails? Each company has its strengths and weeknesses. Let us know the riding and we can help with the bike. If u stop riding, u will die. | |

| I must disagree. I have ridden GTs since 1986, and never had any problems. The Fueler is a great street/jumping bike, and can take a lot of abuse. If u stop riding, u will die. | |

| I agree, never ridden a GT I didn't like. Also never had a bad Redline, I still have an RL440 sitting in my garage, just no parts. Going to be throwing my current parts into it as I replace stuff on my main bike, as it's great fun to ride, holds up great for a race frame. My buddies double x is the same way. The Double X is a nice piece for a starter bike. | |

| No matter what type of riding your friend does he should know that S&M, Fit and Metal will probably last him the longest. They are all American made and S&M makes them all. S&M takes there time to make sure it is done right and makes sure they come out strong. You know S&M can take street abuse if stricker rides one. Metal can take abuse for sure with Caleb Reucker and Sean Burns rippin up the street on em. Most people will dissagree with the metal part. But that's just cuz most people just dont like metal. But the whole point here is what will hold up on street and what's good to learn on. They might be expensive, but there light so he can control it easier and they are strong so they will hold up better on the street abuse. Also all 3 of those companies are good with there warranties and you shouldn't have any problems replacing something with them if there is a problem with it. But if that's to expensive i'de go with one of the FIT, Subrosa or maybe Premium or Kink completes. They're all gonna hold up just do some research on the parts that come wth them. See what people have to say about em. | |
