Make sure you learn backwards fok glides too, switch, and with both feet. You can get into almost any other trick from this position! Be sure to learn them rolling forwards too this will help when learning steams.

i dont wanna sound like a jerk but track stands are from 1985 when i first started riding. If you still wanna learn how to do them go ahead dont get frustrated my balance sucked so bad when i first started it just takes a lot of practice. the only way to learn is to do it.
