anyone got any advice on how to go aout learning these ive been trying to get them but whenever i try i either miss the rail with my back peg or nearly stop and fall. is the a kind of rail thats bets to learn these on or should i learn to stalll them really well first or what?

I cant do them but im willing to give advice on them. If I were you I would learn nose manuals really good first after that learn how to do ice pick stalls then the slidding should come naturally

youre thinking of a toothpick.    icepick is the back peg.  if youre trying it on a rail, i suggest you find a nice quick one, no more than 8 stairs. you dont need to nosedive like a regular double peg, but you want to keep it pretty level. once you get over the rail, give the back end a bit of a push down. if your goin fast enough it should just happen pretty natural. youll be riding away from it before you know what happened.  before you start hucking yourself down rails tho, i'd recomend at least learning to stall it really well on a ledge or coping. to icepick quarterpipes, just combine a doublepeg grind with a deckmanual... itll happen. keep practicing you'll get it.

wops your right i get those 2 mixed up well i think an ice pick would be the easyer of the 2

they are both impossibly hard.

just practice alot. it just takes time. tailwhips are the same.

icepick a flat skate rail. the kinds u can buy in CCS and find at crappy pre-fab. parks.

its super easy on those. just hop straight at it, don't jump to the side.
