first things first try and look after yourself and clear your head so you can think in a rational manner.
even if its only to drive 6 hours to go to movie theater , have some dinner and come home again.

then after you are more relaxed come on here again and explain the whole story so that proper advice can be given based on the events.

Hang out with your friends, try and have a good time. If you want a great book look for Judith Viorst's "necessary losses". Hang in there the best thing is time.

keep yourself occupied with freinds, do things you love to do, then come home throw on a porno and make freinds with your hand. im serious. also get rid of anything that reminds you of your g/f at all. on top of that, completely delete her form your life.
