And when you hammer try to do a 4 point hit. Like hit the top, and you should see it move alittle, but if you just keep hitting the same spot you will get it cock-eyed and stuck, so hit the top, them bottom, then left, then right. Keep rotating and it should eventually pop out. If u stop riding, u will die. | |

you have a sealed american BB than you hafto take off your cranks, just take out the bolt pull of one of the arms, slide that arm off, and then slide the other arm out along with the spindle. stick a screw driver in one side of the BB and press the end of it on the inside of the CUP of the opposite bearing. make sure its on teh cup and not the bearing. just hit the screw driver with a hammer really hard then do it on the opposite side as well. itll pop out sooner or later, than just do it to the other bearing as well. good luck to ya. keep rotating where your hittin it too just like GTworldtour1986 said. | |

I used a little piece of wood to put against it and then hammer on, I always worry about damaging something with metal on metal. | |
