Our job? Hahaha. If you think our job is to protect you from meanies, you have another fuggin' thing coming. We enforce the rules, and while we suggest you be nice, it isn't a requirement. We support free speech here, and as long as no one is breaking the rules, it WILL NOT be deleted.
So, if you don't like it because someone said something mean, maybe this isn't the best site for you. However, if you enjoy being able to speak your mind and don't mind when other's speak their's, you're right at home! :)

I am still here .....
but have to admit i dont check all the rooms .......
I do a few small bits at times , but generally like cory stated we let the forums go to see if its posters could learn to look after there own mess.
I supose there is no perfect solution, but if you dont like something then my advice would be to report it or if you have the balls then stand up against whatever poster causes the problem and take them head on showing them up and make them look stupid. (if you beleieve their post is unfounded or lacks inteligence or manners)

This is a pefect example where if you feel someones post is pointless, you can kill two birds with one stone by expressing that member is wrong and then take joy in showing them just how thick they are, to the whole board.

Then you need to learn to read and not let your imagination create beliefs that are unfounded.
Being a mod is about trying to keep a balance, and when this is not possible then its about looking for other ways to help create this goal.
