Hi all, I am 32 years old and been riding flatland, vert, and street for about 20 years now. I am coming back after about a 5 year layoff, and currently restoring my 88' master, which was still in great shape to begin with. I think I am the only rider left in my area, (Bloomsburg) and there never was many to begin with. I still have all my trophies I won (All 1st place) from flatland contests local bike shops had back in 1989. How I miss those days.

I have took it upon myself to bring back flatland and make it stronger than ever in my local area, so hopefully I am able to accomplish this soon. I am a vintage rider, and I am glad to see Haro released the retro sport. I had to pick between that color, and the one I got (Black, Blue, White) or Red when I was picking out my 88' Master. I might pick one up after I get my master all tuned up and ready for the streets. But I would prefer to wait for a possible retro like my own with twin tubes.

Glad to see there are forums like this one out there keeping this sport alive. Once a flatlander always a flatlander! Even 20 years later!  :-)

Another old head like me.  Too bad you aren't closer to Pottstown cause you would have another rider to progress with.  Let me know if you are ever in the Philly area.

Peace,

Erik
