i once asked my emo neighbor what the point for him to continue breathing was, and he said to write emo songs. He was serious. What is the world coming to if the lyrics "i cut my wrists" are in a pop song?!?

what is "real" emo music about then?


emo is just an offchute of hardcore. the artists whould get emotionally emersered into there songs and just let it all out. screaming about slitting your wrists isnt emo, its isnt pop, it isnt anyting but stupid. but these bands liek fall out boy and my chem are not, emo, or hardcore or anyting, there just some pop rock sensation that needs to go away.

if you think rap is all about money bitches hoes and drugs put down your 'grillz' album and pick up an atmosphere album. as for hawthorne heights, i must say, if i could kill a band they would be first. i mean that too, i would love to kill them more than any other band, than my chemical romance, than fuckin fall out boy, and all them fuckers. i hate this kinda music. if you honestly find any sort of good message in their songs your a emo twat, and need music with meaning besides "my myspace crush doesnt like me, so im gonna slit my wrists and cry stars"

thats actually a good song. im alternative so i thats all i listen to hawthorne heights,my chemical romance,all that stuff i hate rap,rap is a bunch of people bragging about how there killing them selves with drugs and killing other people to make a quick buck
