I find it sad that there are about 2 bands making good rock music now(The White Stripes adn The Strokes). The newest good rock other than that is Nirvana. Will someone good please come out and get rid of all of these "musicians" who write music that sounds identical to everyone else.

I used to listen to Zeppelin. I'm not really into that style anymore I can't really relate to it and it's not really trippy either. I hate the word "trippy" but I can't think of anything better. Classic rock isn't my thing anymore. Anyway, I'm sure if you look around a little you can find some good music. Have you listened to the vines, they sound a bit like a more rock and roll nirvana. I don't know there are so many bands there has to be something you like, and you could always start your own band....

Led Zeppelin isn't tripppy, its just rock.

The Dead are probably my favorite band, along with Pink Floyd.

If you want trippy check out some early to middle Pink Floyd stuff.

That's what I meant, Zeppelin isn't trippy. I was thinking about Piper at the gates of dawn when I said trippy.
