39-16 is the best ratio ive ever used (ive done 44-16, 44-14, 39-14, 39-16, 36-16, 36-16).

the 39-16 isnt hard to pedal, but still makes you go pretty fast. 39-16 is about equal to a 36-14, so thats what im running.

i have 36-14..havin ridden yet, gotta put my chain on today then im going to try it out, anyone whos ran this, is it good?

i run 33-13 and i LOVE the feel of the extra tooth in the back.. it really gives u good propulsion but its also easy on the legs.. id recomend keeping that 16t and getting a 39t chainwheel




i dont wear shoes (i wear combat boots, even when i ride)
