| I think you need to take it up with the town council or governing body. Get the ordinance changed, the cops dont' have any choice but to enforce the ordinaces, they dont' write them.
The tactic I would use is that your TAX DOLLARS went to build/support the park so you are no different than a rollerblader/skater... -PHiZ More go fast, less look fast. | |

Bikers in on the plans from day one is the only way to do it. Don't let the skaters get the ball rolling and then start yelling about how bikes should be let in. Skatepark of Athens, bike inclusive 7 days a week, pegs allowed 7 days a week, bikers and skaters get along 7 days a week...
