| I was at CompUSA last night & saw Shawn in the place with cruches
he had a car wreck about 3 months ago and totaled his car what I didn't know was that for many years he has been riding with a broken back from a result of a bad wreck on a handrail I think, anyways the wreck made the back worse and also it cause 2 sliped disk in his lower back. he will walk with cruches for a long time now and he's all slumped over. he had lost a ton of weight and looked bad. the doctor told him he may never ride again. he's really depressed right now and could use some support. shoot him and email wishing him a fast recovering. he might be out from riding at least 1 to 2 years but who knows right now he's just shooting video, chilling...and doing whatever else the Burnman does... is email is fluid37211@yahoo.com | |

he is a good friend and i emailed him and will be calling him later on today i just got out of myself and i am sick at the moment as i have a bad cold on top of sinus infection and lung infection and i feel like shit but anyways i hope sean feels better i knew he had back problems and this is not a good thing that happen to him later WHAT! I almost get down on myself for every day that I don't ride, this kinda shit just makes me feel worse like I could be riding more than I am. Anyways, I really hope things improve for ya. | Hey this is James McGraw and in the early 90's I was paralized for a while with a break and some sliped disks it took almost a year and a half to get back to riding but 14 years later my back is still stronger than ever. knowledge is power and understanding your injury is the key to healing. Shawn is a bad ass and I am sure he will be ok in time, we as flatlanders have a unique abilty to concur what most would call imposiable. keep the faith and know the flatland community values you and your contribution to are sport and we hope to see you rolling again soon. McGraw progression is worth the pain!!!!! | |
