then later on i could sort of let go... but my bars would be way out almost like a suicide no hander... and if i tried tucking them in i couldnt let go... it was frigging messed so any tips on no-handers guys??? (i can do 1 handers just fine) p34ce.

| Throw the bars into your lap really hard dont place them there. I find it easier to extend my arms forward rather than straight up. If your passionate about it you can do one handers all day. | the guys here are right, you must throw them not "place" them. do them on a fly out for awhile its all confidence in that the bars will be there. i learned them in less than 3 or so days. don't think after an hour or so you can take them to the box or quarter. its silly but i would just stand on the ground with my bike and toss the bars towards my lap to get used to the motions. | |

| If you try to "snap" them, they will come much easier. The faster you do it, the less you will think about it. Plus you will have more time to get your hands back on. | |

| what i did to learn them was to go over a flybox and just tuck the bars into my lap, but i wouldnt let go, i would just practice the motion and getting used to it. Than i realized that because i could throw the bars into my lap faster, i had alot more time to take my hands off, which gave me more confidence to do it all in one fluid motion.
