That's right, you should now be able to reset your password with no troubles. Registration should work as well, though it's not fully test so if you find any bugs please follow the directions at the Found a Bug link.
Also, the Gallery text list is back. There will be paginated browsing soon, as well as comments and ratings on Gallery items, as well as uploading of images, flash files, and movie files.
A cool AJAX Shoutbox is also in the works. It will start turned on for all users, but will be able to be turned off.
Old PM's will be coming back soon, once some DB trickery takes place.
Finally, the Links page will be created very soon. The Wiki will be one of the last things to be done, as it is likely the most involved.
Member maps will be implemented soon, the code is done it just needs to be finalized. Welcome to Pedal 0.0.3!
Now Pagination is also fixed and working! This means you can browse from one page to the next properly. These last two fixes make Pedal almost fully usable.
