Bunches o' Fixes

1. Links to the most recent posts on the home page and forum view pages, now actually links to the most recent post.
2. Private message sending now has the WYSIWYG editor support.
3. Deletion now updates the forum with the new most recent post, instead of leaving the old broken link.
4. Also, notice the site is around 10x faster? Sweet huh?

We're Live on the New Server!

That's right, we're now on our own server! You should notice improved speed and performance. If you don't, that means I have some optimization to do, but it will be much easier on our own server. Anyways, a few posts made within a short period of time look to have disappeared. Hopefully the effects will be minimal, and it should now no longer be an issue.

Thank you all for your continuing patience in this time of great change and transition here at Pedal.

Old PM's Imported!

Finally, after much waiting, old Private Messages have been migrated and imported into the new site. You should now have access to all of your old PM's. There will also no longer be a limit for PM storage.

0.0.4 - New Shoutbox, Search and the return of color changing!

I made a nifty little AJAX shoutbox over to the right that should work pretty well. Let me know how you like it.

The much request feature of color changing has made a timely return. It needs refining, but should work for now.

Also, there is now search functionality for the Forums. Thanks for your continued patience!

Lots of Updates and Changes

1. PM's operational again. Old PM's still being migrated.
2. TinyMCE replaced with FCKEditor
3. BBCode disable site-wide, HTML only now
4. Old header restored, forums formatted a bit, alternating colored rows
5. Image uploads functional
6. Major peformance upgrade! Forums are loading 5x faster or so now, haha.

One more week, then finals for a half of week. Then none stop riding going down in clifton park ny. I want to hold a jam in dec, but right now the date is unknown.

Quick Jump and New PM display

There's two new features up today for Pedal. The first is in the footer, it's a cool little JavaScript navigation widget.

Also, you should now be notified of new PM receipts by the Private Messages link to the right turning bold with the number of un-read messages.

Development is moving forward very quickly. If you have a feature you would like to see added or changed, PLEASE let me know. Thanks!

Known Issues

You cannot currently view your own PM's, and thread view pages take forever to load due to BBCode parsing. I will be resolving both of these issues ASAP, thank you!

New server on the way!

    That's right! Some of you may have noticed the new site is a bit slower than the old. There are many reasons for that, mainly it hasn't been optimized yet. It's been getting faster on the daily, but soon it's about to make a flying leap forward in speed.

    As early as possibly tomorrow, Pedal BMX will be moving to a new dedicated server! This will mean all sorts of new cool things will be happening, including video hosting, and plenty more. As always, stay tuned!
